Cell Scale is a technological platform dedicated to the development, engineering, and functional evaluation of new cellular immunotherapies ; more specifically on approaches based on CAR cells (CAR-T, CAR-NK, CAR-γδ T). Academics and industries have access to this integrated cutting-edge expertise, from vector design to in vivo preclinical validation.

Purposes

Cell Scale supports research and innovative projects in cellular immunotherapy at all stages of preclinical development. The platform has been designed to address the following needs:

  • Developping next-generation cellular therapies (CAR-T, CAR-NK, CAR-γδ T)
  • Testing and validate innovative antibody formats and chimeric receptors
  • Generating functional proof-of-concept data in vitro and in vivo
  • Implementing standardized workflows for the production and evaluation of engineered cells
  • Accelerating the translation of fundamental discoveries into translational applications
  • Supporting both emerging and advanced academic and industrial projects


Embedded within the MIB ecosystem, Cell Scale plays a key role from the identification of new therapeutic targets to their functional validation, in connection with other platforms such as B-Screen.
